‘How I Said Bah! To cancer’ is the book that I searched for when I was diagnosed with a breast cancer in 2008. It gives an honest account of breast cancer treatment, and the physical and emotional challenges and changes that the body and heart can experience during a dance with cancer. There is sensible advice about the questions to ask and the steps to take to make sure you get the right treatment at the right time. And there are thinking strategies that will help you to stay in control, stay positive, and feel better.

And here are first reviews….
“Your book is excellent, and I’m sure it will help so many people.”
“It’s like a good friend sitting you down and talking through their experience and guiding you without smothering you.”
