Help yourself

Sometimes, I don’t sleep well.
I find not-sleeping very difficult, because I am usually half way to the Nodland before my abundant hair hits the pillow, and once asleep can be relied upon to sleep through anything except noises from the children. (Biology, eh?) I consider myself to be A Good Sleeper and when I’m not, [...]
