It’s hard to believe that, in less than four weeks, ‘Thrive: the Bah! Guide to wellness after cancer’ will be out in the world.

But it will. Oh yes.

And there will be a blog tour. Starting on Monday September 2 and wending around the cyberverse, ”Thrive’ and I will be visiting blogs from hither to yon, chatting, answering questions, and who knows what else.

Because it’s all up to you. If you’d like me to drop by your blog, please let me know. We’ll agree a date and I’ll send you a book, which you can review, keep for yourself, or give away. You can ask pertinent, or indeed impertinent, questions, ask me to write something for you, talk about cancer or about not-cancer.

Here’s the deal:

- You’ll need to post on the agreed date before 10am, and pop a link on Twitter and Facebook if you use them

- You’ll need to give me at least 48 hours’ notice of what you need from me (guest post, answers to questions etc)

- You’ll need to mention the next place on the blog tour at the end of your post
